The City Information and Communications Technology Office (CICTO) has rolled out 6 brand-new online features to make local government services faster and more accessible for everyone.

Our in-house developers who are employees of the City Government's ICT Office added the following features in the portal, as part of the digital expansion anchored on Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag’s Transition to a Smart-Sustainable City agenda:

The City Government of San Fernando has officially extended the deadline for the renewal of business permits until 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 from the original deadline of January 20, 2026

This extension is formally authorized through Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution No. 2026-002, recognizing the valuable contributions of the local business community and providing additional time to complete and prepare the necessary documentary requirements.

Business owners and applicants are hereby advised to take note of the schedules and designated locations for the application and renewal of business permits:
